BLDEACET Entrance for the academic Year 2023-24 for students who have not attended any of the Entrance Test.

1. Admission Policy 2023-2024

Applications are invited from the eligible students who have passed PUC/10+2 equivalent examinations for admissions to various courses in BE, B.Arch, MBA, MCA & M.Tech for the Academic Year 2023-24 as per the details given hereunder:

(a) Interested candidates can obtain the application and submit the filled in application within 3 days from the date of application along with fees as prescribed here below. Such applications will be monitored by Institute admission coordinator.

(b) Interested candidates are required to contact Prof. Govind Madabhavi, Asst Prof, E&E, Institute Admission co-ordinator, with duly filled application along with the copies of marks cards with two passport size photographs for further procedure.

(c) The Students who have not attended CET, COMED-K Tests shall need to attend ‘BLDEACET ADMISSION ENTRANCE TEST’ for the allotment of Seat.

NOTE:

a. In addition to the above mentioned fee structure Examination fees and skill lab fees has to be paid as applicable every year.
b. Placement training fees will be charged separately for additional training and other services to groom and strengthen the students to take up the placements tests and interviews and get placed in good companies.
c. All the payments to be made mandatorily by DD in favor of Principal, BLDEA’s V.P. Dr. PGHCET payable at Vijayapur after confirmation by the Institute Admission co-ordinator.
d. CASH transactions and CHEQUES are not allowed.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 For Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

The candidates shall have passed the 2nd year Pre University or 12th standard or equivalent examination held preceding the entrance test with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects - Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Biology or Electronics.

The Candidate should have secured not less than 45% of aggregate marks in optional subjects and 40% of aggregate marks in optional subjects for SC/ST candidates with English as one of the languages for admissions to engineering. (PCM/PMB/PME/PMCS/PMBT). For B.Arch The Candidate should have secured not less than 50 marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

2.2 For MBA/MCA

A candidate who has passed Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of minimum of 3 years duration examination or equivalent examination and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks taken together in all the subjects including languages in all the years of the Degree Examination is eligible for admission to MBA courses. (45% of marks in Qualifying Examination in case of SC, ST and Category-I of Karnataka candidates) (Reservation is applicable only for Karnataka Candidates).

2.3 For M.Tech

A candidate who has passed Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of minimum of 4 years duration examination or equivalent examination and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks taken together in all the subjects including languages in all the years of the Degree Examination is eligible for admission to M.Tech courses. (45% of marks in Qualifying Examination in case of SC, ST and Category-I of Karnataka candidates) (Reservation is applicable only for Karnataka Candidates).

vii. Study Certificate (for a minimum period of 7years).
viii. CET/D-CET/COMED-K Rank Card for B.E Students
ix. NATA Qualificatiopn Certificate for B.Arch Students
x. Medical Certificate for B.Arch Students
xi. PGCET/KMAT/CMAT Test Rank Card – for MBA/MCA/M.Tech Students
xii. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
xiii. Two latest passport size and three stamp size photographs.
xiv. Bank Passbook 1st sheet which shows name and account number.

Note: Candidates are advised to keep sufficient copies of the certificates duly attested, since their originals will be returned only after the approval of admission from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

3. Seat Reservation Policy

Interested candidates should submit the Admission Application through BLDEACET College Admission Form with all the necessary documents mentioned above and payment of minimum 50% of total amount fixed and collect the ‘PROVISIONAL ADMISSION ORDER’ for reserving the seat. The ‘PROVISIONAL ADMISSION ORDER’ will be issued as confirmation of seat reservation only after paying the ‘minimum amount’ as per the Admission Policy 2023-24.
